Mission

The WorkAbility IV Program provides a new pattern of pre-employment services for San José State University students with severe disabilities.

The program is dedicated to establishing and meeting student/consumer career development, psychological and educational needs; providing disability management, accommodation, and wellness training; creating job readiness and job search skills; securing internships and jobs; and educating the educational and employing communities to ensure successful transition of consumers into the employment market.
