Accommodation Preparedness

In order to request a specific reasonable accommodation you must know what that accommodation is.

Similar to your resume, your reasonable accommodation plan lists the accommodation you would need at a work site that would allow you to do the job. Your plan should be like your résumé, fluid and reflect the type of accommodations you would need to perform the job you are applying for.

In other words your plan for job1 should be different from your plan for job 2.

Check out these links that provide information on job accommodations and the employability of people with disabilities.
